Ah hello LJ! We meet again.

I am trying to type in here and all I see is a little advertisement to the right of my screen to "Make your Harajuku Doll" OH LORD WHY.

They Finally found a replacement for my former co-worker, Sarah, that moved to Cali.... incidentally we hired someone named Sara. Needless to say it has been an easy transition.

The better news is, I can take vacation time soon! YAY!! Now I just need somewhere to go, and preferably someone who actually wants to go with me.

I saw National Treasure: Book of Secrets Friday and must say that I absolutely LOVED IT. Some sequels are kinda painful, others downright horrific. I actually enjoyed myself. Of course I have a few issues here and there with the movie but nothing too dramatic. I was so anxious to see that that I swore that I was going to end up hating it, I am so very glad that wasn't the case.

I saw a few other movies this weekend.... Little Children for one. Fantastic movie, Kate Winslet was virtually flawless. Patrick Wilson, I have not seen in all that many things, but he was also quite good. I also got to see Love and Sex with Famke Jansson and Jon Favreau. I thought that was pretty darn cute as well. I saw that it was on all the time on cable but I just never got around to watching it... and now I have! Yay! I also caught some of that Tin Man miniseries on the Sci Fi channel.... not so impressed. I guess I am not a Zooey Deschanel fan...

This past weekend was chill, stayed in mostly (with the exception of Saturday). No complaints really there, it was damn cold outside!

I also just found out that my job gives Christmas bonuses. Since I didn't expect ANYTHING from them, that was some pretty excellent news. Now if only I can get home before 8PM every night....

Holy Chopsticks, Batman... it's damn windy out! I can hear it (and kinda feel it) from here.... Geez....

I promised some people that I would start typing in my journal again more often..... I made that promise about 6 weeks ago so I guess I kinda suck at keeping promises, eh? :-P

Today was my one year anniversary..... I had a very weird feeling all day. Meh.

I have been meaning to update but there has been so much crap going on that I just don't have the time or I am just too tired.... It kinda sucks.

One of my co-workers decided to leave and move to Cali 2 weeks ago. Any other time I would have been genuinely happy for her (not that I am not on some level..) But she decided to leave right before Thanksgiving. Before one of the busiest movie weeks of the year, where I am opening 2 movies. Needless to say work has been taking up a lot of time... instead of doing 100% Disney work and 50% Fox work I am now doing 100% of both. It sucks and I am fucking tired. On a good note, my pipe dream of living in Manhattan seems to have come true. If you care to visit my crib its 5 Penn Plaza, NY 21st floor....

Onto happier subjects, I got to see Juno last week. It was very cute and I enjoyed it very much. Ellen Paige did an amazing job and I have decided that I am in love with Michael Cera. He is my lobster, he just does not know it yet....

I am VERY looking forward to National Treasure: Book of Secrets, I can't help but feel that I will not like it as much as I want to, that always seems to be the case.

I am watching Kiss of Death. Why? I have no idea.... I do love a good, bad, Nick Cage movie though...

Well, this turned out to be a randomly dull entry. I sure know how to make a comeback!

I haven't been on here in a while, basically because I don't feel that I have done anything too exciting that would warrant me to go online and announce it to the world (at least not this time)

Work is: The same, but slower than usual. I can tell you almost anything in the news and celebrity gossip. Why? Because I really, truly ATM have nothing else to do.

Life is: Work (see above)... and sleep.

Actually, now thinking back I guess I did lie a little bit. These last 2 weeks have been pretty exciting. I went to RI with my sister for a few days and it was a lot of fun :-) .... So much fun I am planning another trip somewhere else the last week of Sept. Yay traveling! Last weekend I went "camping" for the first time ever upstate at a friends Labor Day extravaganza. My back still hurts :-/ but for the most part I did have a good time. Good food with good people is usually a good time.

This weekend is pretty packed with stuffs, as well as next weekend and the one after that. So I suppose I am going to be a busy little bee these next few weeks. And to an extent that's a good thing.

I have misplaced something pretty important and I have no idea where to begin to look for it. I wouldn't care so much if it weren't for the fact that it may effect a time frame/window of opportunity. If too much time passes where I can't find it and that window of opportunity passes without me being able to do a damn thing I will be HELLA PISSED OFF, yet I will have no one to blame but myself.

I, once again, suck at living.

I hope I find it very very soon.

In the last month I:
- Went to DC, had a good time.
- Went to Florida to see friend get married, had a good time (although nothing went as planned)
- Got glasses, because apparently I need them.
- Seen people I haven't seen in forever, and it was nice.

I'd go into more detail but I don't really have the time nor the energy to do so.
Work has been pretty much one big pain in the ass after another, and it's not going to get better anytime soon. Awesome.

I'm going to stop here, otherwise it will turn into one huge complaint box about my life ATM.

Congrats to Robin though on getting her first gig :-) I am incredibly proud!
And Congrats to Dani for joining the adult realm (ie. car and job), sorry babe it's a lifetime membership from this point forward :-D

So I am sick. Well, maybe. I am not sure really. At first I thought it was allergies (What's weird is that I only had those symptoms @ work.... so I kept saying "I am allergic to my job!" But that didn't really fly with my boss......) Anyway, I took allergy medicine and everything seemed fine, weekend came... no symptoms and no allergy medicine and I am still fine, feel great actually. Yesterday, Monday hits I feel like crap and although the allergy medicine is HELPING it just wasn't doing the job it should. So, tonight I am experimenting with NyQuil.

Did I mention that my life is exciting? It is, I swear.

Anyway today, pretty much last minute, I acquired 2 tickets to go see Legally Blonde: The Musical. I took my sister, being that she hasn't abused many of the perks I receive from my job :-) Anyway, what's absolutely bizarre is that the show was actually good! Like, really really good. It was fluffy fun and I enjoyed myself very very much.

What is also something to smile about is that I haven't been staying at work too late, including excruciating Tuesdays. It's not so bad :-)

My dad calls me yesterday morning to go upstairs to dye easter eggs...
while on the phone with me he asked me if I had plans for later on in the night. I say no.... but why?
he was like "i'll tell you when you get upstairs"

....very confused...
10 minutes later I go upstairs to dye some eggs and to ask my dad what was up.
he goes: "so you know that place up the block.... the one where we get the graded cheese from?"
me: "yes, why?"
dad: "well I was there the other day buying a few things and they had this easter raffle going"
me: "what was this raffle for?"
dad: "the lady @ the register asked me to buy a few raffles..."
me: "what was this raffle for dad??"
dad: "so I put your name, your sisters name, Wilsons name my name and your mothers name in"
me: "Dad, what the heck was this raffle for????"
dad: "and your name was picked!"

After I complained about my head hurting from all the flashing lights:

I got to see a chastity belt, sick stuff. Also got to see some more torture devices, even sicker. C, you'd enjoy it.

I brought my utensils because, well, for those who know me, you know that I usually wear what I eat. Not in the kinky way (not AT ALL) but in the way that if I have a plate of pasta with sauce I will somehow have a sauce stain on my back. Mysterious crap. Yea, tonight a potato sorta exploded on me. There were bits all over me... Anyway back the the utensils, I was using the fork and one of the employees yelled at me :-/ (in a friendly sort of way) I was reluctant to eat with just my hands!!!

They gave us loads of wet-naps though (wet-nap, wet-nap, wet-nap,) so that helped :-)

The show itself was so corny, but in a funny sort of way. Our knight (the red knight) SUCKED! He was SO BAD. He couldn't joust, he couldn't get the ring things on his wooden stick thing, he almost missed the target circle thing completely... he sucked. The one thing he actually won (kinda) once was the sword fighting which was (of course) choreographed (badly).... and then he was "killed"... he fucking sucked. He looked like he could be a Metallica fan. Not sure what that means. O.o

I renamed all the knights when I was there, I had to entertain myself somehow. I named the black and white knight Oreo, the yellow and black night was named Hufflepuff, the red knight was called "you suck", the blue night was the blue power ranger, red and gold knight, griffindor etc. Keep in mind I was using these names for most of the night to refer to each of these knights. Half the night I had no idea what the story was about. I had no idea the blue power ranger was trying to win the joust for the princess. She gave him her sash thing but I didn't know that was the medieval action of "I think you are swell". Who knew??? Anywho, the flashing lights and loud noises were giving me a headache.

The food was really good, btw.

Got cool ass souvenirs too, score.

All in all a VERY awesome night, a VERY nice start to (what should be) a very cool ass weekend.

Weekends are way to fucking short, especially when you get out late on a Friday.... grrrr.

Can't complain about the actual weekend though, nothing special but def not bad. I did however get a kick ass gnome complete with a fake garden and different back drops, lol. His name is Boris Uberweiss. THANKS DANI!!!

This morning on the 5 train I got to sit next to a man that (apparently) urinated on himself at sometime in the morning. Yea, there was a nice wet stream stain down the right side of his pants. I sat down and was like "wtf is the stench?!?" Yea, it was piddle. That was fun (***SARCASM***) I had my scarf up onto my nose for the rest of the ride so that I could at least smell cotton for those 10 minutes. I got up waayyyy before I was supposed to to switch the the 2 train. Yea, not a way I wanted to begin the week.... ::GAG::

It's times like that that make me wish I drove into work, I miss driving so much. However, I think Ariel is truly on her last legs and it is time to seriously look for a another car... She's been sounding almost sickly :-(

Also, I didn't get all too much sleep last night, friggin' chocolate covered coffee beans of doom. So good, yet so very bad......

This weekend I have a pretty full plate set up. I am pretty excited, which means I am setting myself up to be disappointed. I realized that, btw. Whenever I get really excited about something, like an event, I end up feeling kinda crappy afterwards. I should just stop looking forward to things altogether, this way everything is a nice surprise, even if it's mediocre to the naked eye.

Eh, alright off to do some work :-/

Has been the statement of the week. The other assistant on the fox account is on vaca and that means I am working on not one, not 2 but a whopping 3 accounts, for those of you who don't understand what that means, its means I have a lot of shit to do and not enough time to do it in. I got home early tonight... @ 8PM. ugh.

I came to the conclusion that I am the "Ugly Betty" of my job. I am like 90% sure that people talk behind my back about how "bizarre" I am. That's cool by me, I think Betty is the shit. Talk away!

I have been in a very strange mood for a couple weeks, extremely happy or empty. Nothing really causes it, it just kinda happens. I really wish one could decided what feeling to have when because I would totally pick happy and sleepy.

Hmmm sleep. How you tease me so. I get tired and while I am getting to bed I get so active brushing my teeth, setting up my hair etc that I am all awake again. Cruel joke.

BTW, I am taking Dani to see Evil Dead the Musical on Saturday for her birthday. I am awesome. She is awesome too, otherwise I wouldn't be taking her :-P

I want to go to more musicals I have decided. I know I have been saying it for like ever but I mean it. I think I shall hit Putnam Valley Spelling Bee next, anyone interested?

I need to get my passport. Once my vaca is racked up I am flying my ass somewhere nice. Also want to do a trip a little more locally (talking continental US) in June. I haven't been anywhere in like forever (it doesn't help that my car is starting to sound more and more like "The Little Engine that Could".... unlike the engine my car really can't though)

Which leads to my next random comment. I need a new car. Ariel is sounding like death in mechanical metal form and I think it is about time for my 4th. (car that is)

Oh yea, my birthday was like 3 weeks ago, it was a blasty blast.

If any of you guys didn't get me anything yet and were planning to, a car would be an awesome gesture kthx.

I just looked on Iona Colleges website for Career Opportunities and the job that I first interviewed for back in the beginning of December has been reposted. The position that I called about on a few occasions to find out if it has been filled and the woman ignored me for about 2 weeks. Now I know some of you probably want to give an "I told you so" or say something in regards to my high expectations of Iona or something to that effect, but please spare me. I am in a foul mood to begin with and if you were half my friends you would keep your traps shut.

Sorry if this is harsh and bitchy but I warned you all I am NOT in a good mood.

Also, I have the loudest fish in the fucking world. If you ask how that is possible I should record it and you shall understand what I mean.
